These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of opulenco.travel and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Opulenco Limited Hong Kong
1. About Us
Opulenco Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong. We sell travel accessories — including pillows, bags, and sleep masks — through our online store at opulenco.travel.
We ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
2. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email.
A binding contract between you and Opulenco Limited is formed when we send your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify payment
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices on our website are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market
- Prices include the cost of shipping (all orders ship free)
- Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's authorities (see Section 7)
We accept payment via:
- Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards)
- PayPal
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
4. Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original condition (unused or lightly used, with original packaging)
- You must contact us via WhatsApp (+34 690960860) or at hello@opulenco.travel to initiate the return
- We will provide return instructions once your request is approved
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us confirming the return.

5. Your Statutory Rights
Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to — and does not replace — your statutory rights under applicable law.
United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The 14-day cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., by email to hello@opulenco.travel). You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.
You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Australia
If you are a consumer in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These statutory guarantees apply regardless of our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and UAE
Consumers in these jurisdictions may also have statutory rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen displays, manufacturing processes, or product updates.
If you receive a product that is materially different from what was described, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders to all markets we serve. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and shipped from our warehouse in China.

Customs and Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on opulenco.travel — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and website design — is the property of Opulenco Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our website or the purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- We are not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, shipping carrier delays, or disruptions to telecommunications or internet services
Important: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, without limitation, the statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and the statutory rights of UK consumers)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opulenco Limited, its director, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our website
- Your violation of any applicable law
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, Australia, or any other jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in this clause limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
