At Opulenco, we ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. Every order ships free — no minimum purchase required.
Free Shipping on Every Order
All orders ship free, regardless of order size or destination. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Where We Ship From
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment warehouse in China via our logistics partner. This allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you through free shipping and competitive pricing.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is placed and include processing time (typically 1-3 business days).

Order Processing
Once you place an order, here is what to expect:
- Order confirmation — You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after purchase
- Processing — Your order is prepared and packed within 1-3 business days
- Shipped notification — Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package
- In transit — Your order is on its way. You can track its progress at any time using the link provided
- Delivered — Your package arrives at your door
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package online
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please allow a few extra days — tracking information can sometimes be delayed during customs clearance or when packages transfer between carriers.
If you have not received a tracking update for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at hello@opulenco.travel and we will investigate.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because our products ship from China, your order may pass through customs in your destination country. Depending on your local regulations, you may be charged:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes (e.g., VAT, GST)
- Brokerage or handling fees (charged by some carriers)
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and we have no control over their amount.
Tips:
- Most of our orders fall below common duty-free thresholds, but this varies by country
- Check with your local customs office if you are unsure whether duties will apply
- We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or understate the declared value, as this would be a customs violation
Delivery Issues
My order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking link — your package may still be in transit or awaiting customs clearance
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception, as packages are sometimes left with them
- Contact your local postal service with the tracking number
- If none of the above resolves it, email us at hello@opulenco.travel. We will work with our logistics partner to locate your package
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@opulenco.travel within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in this case.
