We want you to love what you buy from Opulenco. If something is not right, we will make it right. Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee gives you plenty of time to try your purchase and decide if it is for you.


Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 100 days of receiving your order — for any reason. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

This guarantee covers all products sold on opulenco.travel.


How to Start a Return

Returning an item is straightforward:

  1. Email us at hello@opulenco.travel with your order number and a brief reason for the return
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back following the instructions provided
  4. Receive your refund once we have confirmed the return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we need to provide you with the correct return details.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under our 100-Day Guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 100 days of the delivery date
  • Items should be in their original condition — unused or lightly used
  • Original packaging should be included where possible (not required, but appreciated)
  • Items must not be intentionally damaged or excessively worn

If an item arrives damaged or defective, different conditions apply — see "Damaged or Defective Items" below.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card via Shopify Payments, or PayPal).


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items — We cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage
  • Change of mind returns — Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us at hello@opulenco.travel within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect
  3. We will offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice

You will not need to return damaged items in most cases. We will let you know if a return is required.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@opulenco.travel with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost and arrange for the return of the incorrect item if needed.


Your Statutory Rights

Our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace or limit any rights you have under the laws of your country.

United Kingdom — 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

How it works:

  • The 14-day cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order
  • To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to hello@opulenco.travel (you may also use the model cancellation form below)
  • Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods
  • We will refund all payments, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence they have been sent back

You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Australia — Consumer Guarantees

If you are a consumer in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

A "major failure" includes situations where the goods:

  • Are significantly different from their description or sample
  • Are substantially unfit for their normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit
  • Are unsafe
  • Have a defect that a reasonable consumer would not have agreed to buy with knowledge of

These rights apply regardless of our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and cannot be excluded.

Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and UAE

Consumers in these countries may also have statutory rights under local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Situations

We may not be able to accept a return if:

  • The return request is made more than 100 days after delivery (unless covered by statutory rights)
  • The item has been intentionally damaged, altered, or is missing components due to misuse

Even in these situations, if you are covered by a statutory right (such as the UK 14-day right to cancel or Australian Consumer Law guarantees), your rights are unaffected.
